I have multiple nodules on thyroid. Anti thyroglobulin antibodies off the chart. Lymph nodes swollen over entire body. Cough, chest pain, pressure and pain in neck, cannot swallow, profound weakness. Sould I go to ER or wait for Dr appt? Had these symptoms for over a year and previous doctor did nothing.

HI.
Why on the earth one waits for so much time - One year is long time.
You are a known a case of Thyroitis.
The multiple lymph nodes need the further investigations as soon as possible as following :::
Complete blood picture and relevant blood tests.
Thyroid profile, kidney functions , liver function.
Ultrasonography of abdomen or best - CT scan of the chest and abdomen to see if there are lymph nodes.
FNAC may give an idea, but :
In such cases I would suggest to go for lymph node biopsy..
Treatment will be according to the reports.
May may need an Oncologist.
