Hello
First of all I want to tell you that all these reading mentioned in the query are normal and need not to worry at all .
You are taking 120 ml whisky ( you should not take > 30 ml / day ).
Sticks of smoking , avoid completely.
You are having running nose and cough , these symptoms may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Smoker's cough ,as this is most common cause . Since you are a smokers , so when you inhale smoke ,it enter into the lungs through air ways , causes
bronchoconstriction . This bronchoconstriction produces cough and running nose . So the best way is to get rid off smoking.
2
Allergic rhinitis ,is the 2nd most common cause of these symptoms . Allergens may be smoke, dust, mite , pollen, pests , sudden increase or decrease of temperature , fumes .
3 Asthmatic allergic
bronchitis , this is also due to
allergy . In this patient feel breathlessness.
When such patient visit , after testing for chest clearance ( for
tuberculosis ,
bronchiectasis ) I advise my patient to take motelukast+
fexofenadine combination ( tablet orally ) . Doses one or two according to severity ( normal dose is one tablet ).
Since you are also having cough , so take codeine+ chlorphenirmine maleat cough syrup ( but this is habit forming and causes addiction , so once complete cure of cough , don't take again).
Since all these drugs are prescription , so take a prescription from your doctor.
Hot coffee and steam inhalation also provide instant relief.
Good luck.
