ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi ,
Thank for asking to HCM.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having allergic postnasal discharge.

I would advice you ,
Mouth Wash like chlorhexidine twice daily,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily ,
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast in night &
Tab paracetamol for pain .

Hope this answer helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Thanks.
