varicose veins since childhood both lower legs. more recently told by a vascular dr that i have no effective valve action in surface or deep veins for returning blood back up legs. i should continue to wear support socks that i do . my concern is an
itchy 3 inch diameter area inside right lower leg calve area. i control the itch with daily rub of hand moisture cream. my concern is continued break down and celluitis. no other treatment. considering a 2nd dr opinion.
