Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Pain In Groin

pain started in left groin area; radiates to different places within left buttocks, and left hip. Burning pain, but it moves. responds to treatment with moist heat. Right now pain is a 3. Xray at doctors office a week ago showed stool in colon. Took milk of magnesia, ducolax, mineral oil as Dr told me- resulted in watery output - very little stools, three movements in about on hour. 1 day later tried an enema - same watery results. Pain increased from Wed 9/21 to 7 or 8 by Saturday 9/25. Took Drs recommendation and went to the ER for a CT Scan on Sun 9/26. CT scan (3) showed no internal abnormalities. I asked about large colon having stool in it and was told everyone has stool in their colon and mine didn't look "over full or abnormal". Had two chiropratic adjustments 9/27 and 9/28 - relieved pinched nerve severe pain, but I still have mild pain and a full feeling in my left groin and my lower back is sore. No real bowel movement (other than the watery stools) for 10 days now. What do you recommend to get rid of the constipation and the pain I think is resulting from it?
