Suggest Treatment For Constipation And IBS

Hello, I have IBS, with constipation, and also have severe gerd, and acid reflux, 24/7 tried 2 change my diet, i cant eat much, no dairy ( i do use it) no pork. spices, gravy, soups, hot dogs, dont like many foods, tried new recipes, all it does is make me depressed, I ve tried everything, i go days with out eating, been to dieticians, I taught them,, i am so depressed over this, tried plannng meals, tried portions, im ot point i dont want to eat, cause i know the out co me, Any suggestions? my pcp also gastro dr is no help, thank you!!!
