im really stressed just now ive got constant tension headaches and when i go to work ive got a constant strain/ache in my chest,i work in customer services in a call centre and take on average 100 calls a day and around 80 of them are constant abuse,ive got alot of problems of my own just now and just cant face work just now,i dont know how to tell my doctor i need some time off,thinking about it is making me worse and hair has started to fall out,not alot just more than usual,can you give me some advise?
