What Causes Constant Headache?
Sir,
I am from Midnapore (West Bengal). My mother have continous pain in head and my mother has gastric problem. My mother under treatment by Dr. A.K. Konar (Rabindranath Tagore hospital). various test is used. but no relief. But I want to know sir the head pain why occur? This problem is coming from neuro or any other? So I reqesut you to which doctors can relief my mother's problem? The paid is not acute. but continious occur.

I understand your concern.
If a patient come with same complain i would like to do 1st invistagation.
1st thing is require is fundas examination.
It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
MRI brain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions.
If all report come normal then we have to think about migraine or tension type headache.
stress related headache is common and more common in female.
It can be treated with medicines like amitriptilne or imipramine.
so if you have positive reports then consult neurologist otherwise considering migraine or tension type headache you have to consult psychiatrist for better evaluation.
