General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are typical of sinusitis headache. The clogged sinuses give rise to disturbing headaches. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

You can do steam inhalation to open up clogged sinuses. If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. In severe cases a CT scan of the PNS (paranasal sinuses) may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
