Constant Headache, Nasal Discharge With Blood, Itchy Scalp. Treatment For Headache?
I have been having a really constant headache for almost 2 weeks over Over the counter drugs dont work i have been taking to much with no help my headache started with a really bad runny nose with blood i don t have the runny nose anymore but the headache is still there i also a really itchy scalp & a crawly sensation on my head acompanied with the headache i havent been to the doc because i have bee waiting to see if it goes away by it self but no

After reading your question, from my clinical experince I can say that you must get your blood pressure checked. You have constant headache which is not responding sufficiently to any medicines, there is runny nose with blood.
There can be bleeding form nose with headache, crawling or other sensation in head in case of high BP. migraine headache can also occur like this but it doesn't bleed from nose, so it is less likely.
You symptoms can be due to cold along with high BP, but one needs to do certain test before coming to a right conclusion. I think you have waited enough, and as it is really bothering you, please see a doctor.
I have seen naproxen sodium giving good relief in strong headaches, you can try it.
