i had a stroke about 3 years ago since then ive been dizzy all day and night or most of it to varying degrees i think its caused by high bloofd pressure my dr wants me to lose weight but bwetween the dizzyness off balance walking my left side was effected and lil use in left hand/arm im wondering what excersises can i do also have no access to a pool or large tub for water excersises
The dizziness is probably related to high blood pressure. I suggest to measure regularly the blood pressure. If it is constantly elevated, you should consider to change your medications. Meanwhile, I suggest to walk if you can exercise. Walking can help in reducing the weight. You can also eat healthy and limit carbs to help reduce the weight.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
