hi sir i had sex some four months ago , i have cold for the last one month that is also inside cold which means i dont have running nose, i feel little chilled as the climate is changing everyday that its raining during evening and night and sun rise during day time. im overweight im 85 kgs and im 5ft 9 , 34 waist. i dont have fever, diarrohea or anything else then cold, which is there for last one month. during nights i get cold and as the day passes it becomes reduces. i really get tired after returning from work and feet pain also like needle pain.

dear you may be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome.Many people who have chronic fatigue syndrome are also depressed. Treating your depression can make it easier for you to cope with the problems associated with chronic fatigue syndrome. Low doses of some antidepressants may help.cognitive training and graded excersize therapy is useful.please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
