Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have an Upper Respiratory Track Infection commonly known as Common Cold and the symptoms of cold, stuffed nose, swollen uvula known as UVULITIS are all due to infection..
Dryness in mouth seems to be due to mouth breathing secondary to infection as nose might be congested and stuffed leading to spontaneous breathing from mouth..
Nothing to worry as the infection will resolve soon..
You can take antibiotics like Azithromycin or Levofloxacin for prevention secondary bacterial infections, Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestant Oral as well as nasal drops like Phenylephrine, mucolytics like Bromohexine, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and saline nasal sprays..
Use a humidifier in your room ad it wl improve Dry mouth as well as relieve throat irritation..
Gradually as the infection will subside and nasal passages will be clear you will breathe from nose and dry throat will ease up..
If there is excess discomfort you can take xylitol patches available in market that can be stuck over cheek and create a coatbin mouth that lubricates andvrelieves Dry mouth..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
