my 5 month old has had a cold and has been congested for the past few days. She is having looser than normal(breastfed) stool and is stooling more often then normal. They appear to contain mucous. She is also teething greatly. She does act sick except for the small amount of congestion remaining, and does not act like her stomach is bothering her. Should I be concerned about the mucousy looking stool or could it be related to the teething and cold?
