I was recently diagnosed with a clotting disorder, slightly elevated factor 9 is all my hematologist could find to contribute 5 dvts too. Other health issues: hypothyroid, anemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension that went away on its own, PCOS, hemiplegic migraines, anxiety, depression, asthma, bronchitis. After going vegetarian and being a gym rat, my triglycerides remained in the 300 s and wouldn t budge. I have always had problems with protein showing up in urinalysis but was told it was trace amounts and never contributed to anything. I ve had periods over the past 10 years my weight would drastically fluctuate within a couple days due to swelling. I would also lose weight unexplained and appear pale and sick for no reason. I have had pain in the liver area for approximately the past 4 years intermittently. Now that I m preparing for gastric bypass and doing protein supplements all of these symptoms are projected x10. My appetite is gone. If I try to eat, it s like my body tries to reject it and either I become nauseous or feel more I ll afterwards. I have upper back pain. Tingling now in my hands/wrist and face. I m weak, dizzy, shakey, get short of breath with any thing. This all seems to correlate with amloidosis. Am I wrong?
