Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constipation

hi i haven t been able to make a bowel movement in a couple of weeks and i have been trying all types of offer the counter medications. I have been vomiting alittle white mucas, I also have pain on my Left side of stomach and alittle near my bellybutton. I have been urinating more then usual. I am very uncomfortable and misserable with some pain, not severe yet. Can you help me.

donot depend on any medication, drink more water. take fiber rich food. you are having anxiety for costipation. it can be habit disorder. if needed you can take isof gul husk soaked in water. it is a bulk purgative and does not go for habit formation.
