Suggest Treatment For Chronic Constipation And Hemorrhoid

I suffered from chronic constipation and developed a small pea sized hemorrhoid. I changed my diet and used some home remedy. The pea sized hemorrhoid is gone but a small open sore is left. I have difficulties in bowel movement , have a burning and irritation during bowel movement and after . Is this sign of cure or leading to other problem? I do take high fiber food and keep the stool soft.

consult a docter and yoyrself examined to rule out any fissure or fistula. keep yourself clean to avoid any infections. and drink lot of water and take fiber rich diet
