For two weeks now, I am experiencing a feeling of stress in my chest . I am an active senior. I babysit two grandkids, 11 and 9, they are good kids. I wonder if this is too much, I mean all the commotion. I raised five kids so it is not that I am new to this. I lost my husband last year and babysitting is a good deterrent for me, the company and all. I try to be conscious of my breathing cause I sigh often. I take an anti-depressant for many years. I wonder if you could give me some ideas to try. I am healthy. Blood pressure is under control with Meds. Thank you.
