Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain
Hi there I m a 29 year old female and generally in good health. Now and again I get a tightness across my chest more or less my breast bone. Sometimes it feels like it s muscular as I wear a heavy uniform at work. However I m my own worst enemy and tend to get anxiety and believe I have to keep taking deep breaths to get rid of this! Is this anxiety? I ve an appointment soon to see my gp. I supose my diet won t help either! Thanks.

Before answering your questions , some additional information by you will help me to answer better.
In general every chest pain concern to rule out have any heart problem/ or it may gastritis / or muscular pain / or any respiratory problem
every chest pain need a Chest X ray ( P.A. view) if you are not pregnant and a ECG. Any Cardiac ( heart) or Respiratory ( lungs) disease are ruled out from these. If it's Normal then the cause of chest pain is muscles pain or Gastritis.
BUT you mentioned that you wearing heavy uniform. So i think it may be muscular so wear slightly loose under garment . VISIT to your family Physician.
He/she must examine in detail. Till your visit Doctor you may take
Tab Voveran 50 twice a day along with Tab Pan 40 1/2 hr before breakfast
