Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain Caused Due To Weight Lifting

Hello, My son is 31 years old. Tonight he came to complaining of chest pain. It is located in the sternum just off to the right. He lifted a bucket of marbles about three gallons of them and in about an hour he started having the pain. Bp fine, pulse is 80 beats per minute. He also has ulcers, and gallstones and kidney stones. Thought once it may be his gallbladder but it is about to high for that. I gave him a nitro and it did not help, but gave him a headache. Of course I know they can do that if it is not the heart sometimes. He was in a bad accident in 98 and was in a coma 49 days. May be muscular. Has had nineteen surgeries. Thank you for you answers.
