Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Pressure In Heart

my son is 16 years old and has been in perfect health. He has recently over a 1 month period been experiencing chest pain/pressure over his heart on the left side of his chest. it doen't seem to have a pattern to it and even wakes him from his sleep. Describes it as a sharp pain in his heart and then describes pressure that can last up to 40 minutes at a time. He has no audible murmurs or rubs (per pediatrician) but had an EKG that showed ST elevation, early repolarization and mild anterior-septal elevation. What could be the cause??

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if the EKG is alright then in my opinion it is better to go for x-ray chest to rule out the lung pathology along with this it would be better to get done the ECHO test this would clear the doubt of cardiac disease up to far level, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
