Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Anxiety Disorder

Hello Doctors

Here is my problem, it is quite complicated so I will ask it in parts. About three years or so I started to get chest pains, which got more frequent with time. After some time my blood pressure started to go up, but within short period of time my blood pressure started to fluctuate from high to low. Soon after that my heart rate would slow fdown, all the way to the 40s. in addition to the chest pains I would get great headaches along with my eye twitching. I have been to the hospital over 20 times in the last 3 year, with the visits more and more frequent recently, and have been diagnosed with everything from anxiety, high blood pressure, arthritise, and several other things but despite different medicines the symptoms continue. I feel worse each day as if I am going to die anyday but there is noone to help me. Can anyone out there, a doctor preferably, help me with anysuggestions. Oh yea I also feel like there is blood rushing to my head many time and my face gets hot.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand your emotions. For you, the given symptoms and condition may be a bit complicated, but for us, NOT. Anxiety and obsession is your basic problem. High blood pressure is part of anxiety. You need to re-investigate your arthritis because, you may be feeling the pain, but actually there is no pain or swelling.

Let me come straight. Chest pain is to be investigated with blood check, EKG, Echo and Stress test. If no abnormalities in those tests, your heart is perfect. Second comes your chest muscular pain, which can be managed with pain relievers. Third, are lung problems which can be detected by Xray and overall symptoms. If your doctors says that you have anxiety so be it. Anxiety can also produce all these symptoms and if you be obsessive to these symptoms, you are susceptible to the given symptoms again and again. Please consult a psychologist for therapies.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
