Nothing is working and his breathing has begun to get worse and he is full of cold, is there any decongested that I can give him because I don't want it to turn into pneumonia?

Thanks for the query.
Have you tried any medicines, is there any fever.
Avoid Dairy products, salt, sugar, and fried foods all increase mucus production.
Try garlic and lime soup.
Also you can give your child anticold like combination of phenylephreine, chlorphenaramine maleate, menthol along with expectorant containing terbutaline, ambrxol after consulting with doctor to help liquify mucus.
Hope i helped you.
