Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Eyes

I had got chicken guinea last week, but I still have burning sensation in my eyes sometimes, sometimes, I feel that I feel very warm, eventhough I donot have any temperature. I am not 100 % noraml, eventhough I have started my normal routine. How long will these symptoms last? Do I need to go in for any special medication/treatment?
