My husband burned his leg on our go cart's motor. It looks as though it's 2nd degree. Only about 1.5-2in in diameter. It is very painful as expected. It is dark red and more so since the burn happened 2 days ago.It has a thick scab on it too. It does look a little swollen. He did not put a dressing on it. He put peroxide on it immediately then all natural aloe from our plant. Does it sound as though it could be getting infected?
