Hi, while i was walking around in the kitchen with flip flops i suddenly had cramp between my toes it was painful after couple if hours it developed into a bruise and hurts to walk and pain goes up into my calf. Is it from the cramp or could it be a sting as i live in a hot country.

Hi.
As per your case history of bruise between toes.
My treatment advice is -
1. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
2. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
