Hello, * Though local ointment as hirudoid or else may help to reduce the post-traumatic hematoma, I would recommend - Ice application three times a day. - Wear protective sunglasses to avoid dust or pollen exposure. - Manage hydration with plenty of liquids. - Get prescription of necessary antibiotics as cefadroxil or else for prevention of secondary bacterial infection and proteolytic enzymes as serratiopeptidase or else for faster resolution of current hematoma issue.
