Suggest Treatment For Bronchial Asthma And Sinus

I am female, 45, 5'6", about 180 with large frame. I have anxiety, sinus issues, rhinitis year round and hypothyroid. Also borderline bronchial asthma. My question is I have had imbalance, ears itchy or hurting, and low grade fever. Could this be caused by allergies or sinus issues?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Sinusitis can cause dizziness. It can be associated with a sensation of imbalance if there is an associated infection of the ear.
Infection of the sinuses may cause fever.

Ear infection would cause the pain in the ears and may also contribute to the fever.

You need to be assessed to determine if an infection is present. If it is then antibiotic therapy would be needed.

I hope this helps
