im 26 with a hostory anxiety and panic. recently ive been what feels like stopping bretahing when im falling to sleep (if i sleep) and today i was talking to a councillior an di just stopped it was strange and then i trembled like a shake and hold my breath. i have lost my voice (very hoarse) and feel like my throat is very tight?
