Hello,

If you are having feelings of harming yourself then, you must tell your parents this immediately.

You may also call the SUICIDE CRISIS HOTLINE in your community and calling "0" on the phone and asking them to connect you.

You can also tell your psychiatrist about how you're feeling and what the medication makes you feel like. You can also talk to a counsellor or teacher at school who you feel comfortable talking to when it comes to this sort of thing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Neurologist Dr. Dariush Saghafi's  Response
Hello,

Once again, the most important advice I feel you need to hear right now is the need for you to express to someone that you are suffering from feelings of wanting to hurt yourself and how the medication you're taking doesn't make you feel good at all.

You should relay this to either a parent, a school counsellor or nurse. Or you could call a SUICIDE HOTLINE in your community in order to talk to about what's going on in order to get you in touch with the right people immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
