Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision In A Hypertensive Person

I am overweight, I take high blood pressure and high cholesterol meds. My last ekg said I had clogged arteries and high fasting blood sugar of 115. I have been dizzy and very unstable on my feet on more than one occasion recently. I also had blurred vision. I also have moderate regurgitation of the tricuspid valve. What is causing the dizziness and blurred vision? When is it time to go to the doctor?

Hello,

Can go for detail examination and investigation. Should go for glycolated hemoglobin. Consult diabetologist for proper medication and diet control. Be physically active. Take regular morning walk.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
