Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision And Burning Sensation In The Foot

hi i have burninng sensation on foot bottoms and blurry vision, sometimes in both eyes mostly in left eye. Blurry vision is usually if i have not eaten in a while and i feel kinda dizzy, eyes become blurred. foot bottom burning is off and on but increases when i have the blurry vision. after i eat sometimes i get better, not always the burning sensations

please help thank you very much i appreciate it

it is peripheral neuritis and dibetic neuropathy. refrain from smoking if habituated. exclude dibetes. if detected can be treated with diet controll. life style change is requered. take neurobion forte one tablet daily. inrefraction if error is detected can be suitabily corected. take fresh fruits and vegitable. sprouted pulses.
