Suggest Treatment For Bloody Stool And Frequent Urination

I have been having several problems and don t know where to start. I feel the need to urinate but am unable to do so. Then when I do go need to pee it is in such urgency that I don t think that I can make it. As I am going it is a continue start and stopping during urination. Also I have been having bloody stool. Bright red in the toilet and when finished toilet paper is nothing but blood and blood clots on the paper.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Urinary urgency and frequency are features of prostatic enlargement.
You have not mentioned your gender but frequency and urgency in males is most commonly due to prostatic enlargement.
You need to consult an urologist for clinical assessment and prostatic examination.
In case there is prostatic enlargement, surgical removal of the prostate may be required.
In addition, serum PSA levels should also be determined since PSA is expected to increase with prostatic enlargement.
Bloody stools can occur in number of conditions like infection, hemorrhoids / piles, constipation etc.
Stool examination is required to look for evidence of infection.
A clinical assessment of the anal region is also required.
If there is no evidence of hemorrhoids or infection, colonoscopy will be required to assess the colon for any polyp or growth.
Treatment will depend on the clinical features.
