Hello and welcome to HCM,
Urinary urgency and frequency are features of prostatic enlargement.
You have not mentioned your gender but frequency and urgency in males is most commonly due to prostatic enlargement.
You need to consult an
urologist for clinical assessment and prostatic examination.
In case there is prostatic enlargement, surgical removal of the
prostate may be required.
In addition, serum PSA levels should also be determined since PSA is expected to increase with prostatic enlargement.
Bloody stools can occur in number of conditions like infection, hemorrhoids / piles,
constipation etc.
Stool examination is required to look for evidence of infection.
A clinical assessment of the anal region is also required.
If there is no evidence of hemorrhoids or infection,
colonoscopy will be required to assess the colon for any polyp or growth.
Treatment will depend on the clinical features.
Thanks and take care
