Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose,mouth Breathing And Snoring

sir, i am santanu,age 30, i facess now some breding problem, when i sleep i am norse badly, some time my nose are jam....i breath them on mouth, this time bad sound hear my neybers, my family is disturbed on my desies , what i do sir please tell me you suggestion?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain there is a possibility that snoring is due to mouth breathing habit which in turn is due congestion in nose so that nasal breathing is restricted..
Congestion in nose sees to be due to blocked sinuses as a result of sinusitis..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you nasal endoscopy,PNS view or MRI of sinuses..
In case of sinusitis antibiotics, oral and nasal decongestants, steam inhalations and using a humidifier in your room can be advised..
As of now you can use Xylometazoline containing nasal spray in both nostrils for relief from congestion and ease in breathing..
