Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may streptococcus infection or hand foot mouth disease or acid erosion or herpes.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. So continue above medications to cure bacterial pharyngitis.

If symptoms not improved then get it done throat swab culture and sensitivity.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
