Suggest Treatment For Blisters And Itching On The Penis

I had exposure one and a half month back, some blisters started appearing on my penis, itching and slight reddishness. I self-medicated ceftum 500 mg 2 times daily for six days. Since previously once I had the same condition so I thought it would go by taking Ceftum, but it didn't. I went to a general doctor he asked me to apply oinment, i.e. Candid + Neosporin, I applied and it disappears, but one week later when I stopped it started reappearing immediately. I went to the same doctor again, he gave me some tablets from his clinic plus Azithromycin 500 tab two tablets after lunch. I took for a week, which I felt worked wonder, and it disappeared. So the doctor said it's over now and stop taking medicine. And so I did. But it started reappearing after three days, now he gave me Zecof 500 mg twice a day, which is Ceftum itself, plus Candid + TBac ointment to apply. I think I'm immune to Ceftum now, and it maybe difficult to treat, I don't know, I'm taking it for past three days, should I continue, what shall I do or whom should I consult, any specialist. He asked me to take HIV test and VDRL Test, and I'm happy that it both came negative only. Now I'm worried whether this thing could be treated or it is something serious, any suggestion would be great. Thanks.
