Suggest Treatment For Black Stool And Diarrhea
I m 68 yo and have been taking ginko for memory problems....the last week ive had diarrhea and now charcoal black narrowing stools..minor stomach pain..ive had a heart attack 5 years ago and take 5 different meds,, I quit the ginko now after reading side effects have I already done the damage only a month of 150 mg aday of ginko ??????

Consult a surgeon and undergo a gastroscopy to rule out any internal bleeding because of which the stool is tarry black and take medicines after that procedure.
