Suggest Treatment For Bite Marks And Knee Pain Of A 7 Year Old

Hello. My 7 year old son broke out with a lot of looking like bites all over his body, they are redish and look puffy. He says they hurt also his hands and knees look swollen. He has been like this for at least 24 hours and they continue to look as they did yesterday.

This looks like urticaria.
Atarax syrup and local application of calamine lotion will give relief.
Usually subside by 4-5 days .
If not consult dermatologist.
