Suggest Treatment For Atrial Fibrillation And High Blood Pressure

My wife has had numerous episodes of Atrial Fibrallation. During these episodes, I' ve identified some link to the Vagal nerve. She has tremendous urine output 3 bedpans when she has an attack. She also has bowel disturbances with lots of gas. She also has alot of belching. Her blood pressure at the onset is unstable 200/100 with no history of Hypertension. She also deals with acid reflux. These episodes occur primarily in the morning.

Welcome to Ask a doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Atrial fibrillation has nothing to take anything with the vagus nerve.

If this the cardiac disease she is having so certain thing that need to be really taken care like regular follow up, taking or giving the drug on time, acid reflux could be drug induced and for that PPI can be tried like Omeprazole once in day, dyspepsia also need to be ruled out and infection too, such case need intensive care or close medical supervision.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
