Suggest Treatment For Asthma
Dear Doctor, Good afternoon. I am 45 years male. I am suffering from Asthama from last two years . I am taking following medicine as prescribed by Pulmonologist . 1. Budamate 200 Inhaler 2. Salbair I inhaller 3. Montek AB tablet . During seson change I am suffering most and that time I am taking Predmet 4 mg twice a day for 5 days and Deriphyline 100 mg. My question to you can I take Predmet and Deriphyline more than three times in yaer as Predmet is a steroid and don t know about Deriphyline. Is there any possibility so that i can be cured from Asthama permanently . Kindly help.

Noted your history and understood the concerns.
Since asthma is well diagnosed the best treatment is inhalers in the form of Budamet 200, Salbair, montek AB tablet is antihistamine and controls allergic part.
Predmet 4 mg is a steroid and a strong anti-allergic and works the best. Continue when in attack and taper off to lower doses.
Deriphylline relieves spasm of small bronchioles which is the reason for wheezing, feeling breathless hence you may continue when needed, take after food and with a PPI like Omeprazole.
