Suggest Treatment For Aplastic Anemia

I have aplastic anemia was diagnosed 2 yrs ago was treated with any horse serum and now on cyclosporine. I also have ocd and acute anxiety. My counts have been stable. Just recently was give risperdal 0.25mg. I have notice a slow decrease in my platelet count. Could it be the risperdal?? Sue Sherman

cause of aplastic anemia is to be diagnosed. have you taken any drug causing bone marrow depression. cause of aplastic anemia should be diagnosed no information about horse serum treatment and other drug should be avoided.bone marrow transplantation and stem cell transplantation can help. blood transfusion can not cure but can give some relief.
