Suggest Treatment For Anxiety With Swollen Xiphoid Bone

My Xiphoid feels enlarged, feeling like anxiety. Have a little breathing trouble due to the anxiety feeling has been this way for about a month now.

Had a really serious sneeze back in september where I felt like something twisted in the exact same area and felt like a ball that I had to massage down to feel normal again. Have I damaged something perhaps?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I think you did some research about your present condition. That is good. There is nothing called xiphoid bone but is a fused vertebrae column. Pain and discomfort that occurs in the lowest portion of the sternum called the xiphoid process. I can understand you have pain in the region.

The pain may be due to so many conditions like gastric derangement. You should consult your physician before diagnosing and confusing yourself with all those information available in internet. You should know the exact cause of pain so that correct treatment can be administered.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
