Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

The symptoms like repeated attempts to breath, lack of happiness, poor sleep could occur due to anxiety or mild depression. Proper evaluation from a psychiatrist is required to make final diagnosis.

Anxiety is treated with medication and psychological treatment. Behaviour therapy with relaxation exercises results in reduction of symptoms of anxiety.

Medicines like SSRIs as Sertraline, Paroxetine, Fluoxetine etc helps in controlling anxiety. Medicines like propranolol or low dose benzodiazepines as Clonazepam or Etizolam have excellent roles in panic attacks in severe anxiety.

Visit a psychiatrist for prescription of drugs.

Thanks
