Hi,

I think you were not aware that cannabis is well known to cause anxiety and panic disorder. It worsens the disease in those who already have it before starting cannabis. It can also cause psychosis. If you can remain abstinent for a few weeks, you will notice that your anxiety has diminished. Relaxation exercises will also help. If you continue to smoke, there will no option other than having to start medicines for anxiety.

Best wishes.
