Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Stress

Hi, im pretty sure i have anxiety, or something stress related. apart from the panic attacks i get, or atleast thats what i think they are. i get other symptoms, sharp pains in the head and most worryingly a numbness that comes and goes from my left arm and chest, leaves me a bit breathless then goes away. can you help please.

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I do think that you might have anxiety. But the given symptoms may not be enough to conclude. Every person who suffers from anxiety has to tell some story. About fear or stress. If you know that for us it is easy to treat. Otherwise, we will find out. Please consult a psychologist before consulting a psychiatrist. Psychotherapy could definitely cure you. As the preliminary steps:

Step 1 - Practice Deep and full breathing whenever possible
Step 2 - Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
Step 3 - A Tomato a day keeps anxiety at bay
Step 4 - Exercise regularly

Start these and follow strictly. After 7 days please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.
