Suggest Treatment For Antral Gastritis.

I m 32 with height 5'4" and weight 66 kgs. 4 months ago I suddenly started continuous vomiting for 3 days with some blood element on the third day.Then I visited a doctor who after clinical check up injected me with Pantop & Zofer.Then I was prescribed with the followng medicines.
1)Esomeprazole Magnesium and Domperidone SR capsules (named Nexpro RD 40)(1 cap once daily in the morning before food for 2 months)
2)Sucralfate and Oxetacaine suspension ( named Syp Sucral-O)( 10 ml thrice daily before food for 2 months)
3)Sodium Alginate IP 100mg + Magnesium Hydroxide IP 100 mg+ Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel IP 415mg (named Riflux Forte liquid)(10 ml thrice daily after food for1month)
I stopped Sucral-O & Riflux Forte after the prescribed duration but continued Nexpro Rd 40 till now. Now I have gone through endoscopy that shows impression with "LAX LES WITH ANTRAL GASTRITIS" and with "no ulcer /growth".
I am a Hypo-thyroid patient with PCOD and taking Thyroxine Sodium tablets IP 25mg and Metformin hydrochloride RS tablets IP 500mg for the two respectively.
Pls advise for my treatment further and also suggest whether I should go in for an ultrasound or not.

Hi,
If there are no symptoms at present then stop medicines and in case symptoms reappear then continue with Nexpro Rd only. There is no need for ultrasound abdomen as such.
