Suggest Treatment For An Inflamed Scrotum And Yellow Discharge

I'm 64, I have an inflamed scrotum and just noticed a slight yellow stain in my underwear from beneath my scrotum.I have been married for 32 years to the same gal. I've had no extramatital sex. I do have herpes and have had it for many years. I've had fungus problems in the past with my groin area. This appeared a week ago, started to subside, then turned worse. Please advise.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
You have fungus infection.. This has allowed the secondary infection to get an opportunity.
Do not worry. A course of an antibiotic, cleaning with Liquid Povidone Iodine 3 to 4 times in a day will help to settle the issue.
Loose undergarments , well aeration helps.
I hope You are already under treatment with oral and topical anti-fungal preparations.
Just make sure you are not diabetic by doing blood sugar.

This problem has nothing to do with extramarital relations , which you did not have.
