Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Ear

I was diagnosed with chandlers syndrome in 1995 and have been trying to find out is there is any new findings regarding the causes of this disorder. About the same time I developed tinnitus in my left ear. It has been a constant high pitch ringing. My glaucoma condition is in my left eye only...any connection? Also, my daughter has marfans syndrome and her worst symptoms are dislocated lenses. The worst being in her left eye. That lens was removed when she was 22 to correct double vision We would appreciate any information you might have to help us. Thank you, Susan
