General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to an ear infection. I suggest to give him Tylenol for the pain and fever. I also suggest to use antibiotic ear drops to treat locally the infection. If the symptoms continue you should see the pediatrician for a physical examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
