As per your complain it seems that soreness in ear along with pus discharge from ears seems to be due to ear infection and loss of hearing can be due to wither fluid accumulation behind the eardrum as well as there can also be perforated eardrum.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopy,x ray, MRI etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be advised to take a course of strong antibiotics like Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkiller like Motrin or Aleve can also be advised.. Analgesic and antibiotic ear drops and nasal decongestant sprays can also be advised.. Drainage of pus can also be done to relieve the infection faster..
